Complimentary with each session: aromatherapy, heated table, bottled water, cold eye pillow (full body session), heated foot booties or hot towels, heated neck wrap (90-minute sessions) and a hot towel. (When applicable and available.)
Gratuities accepted and appreciated, but are not expected.

Cancellation Policy: I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 48 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 48 hours advance notice, at my discretion, you will be charged the full price of your missed session. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” At my discretion, you will be charged the full price of the missed session.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Table Time: Your appointment time is your "table time", meaning you should be on the massage table by that time. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive, use the restroom, undress and be on the massage table by your appointment time.
Booking a session is an agreement to these policies.
